固态发酵灵芝多糖营养保健口服液的研制

摘    要:以大豆粕为主要培养基,固态发酵灵芝多糖后,利用含有灵芝菌丝体的培养基,进行了营养保健灵芝多糖口服液的研制,研究了灵芝多糖营养保健口服液加工生产的关键技术要点。

Abstract:After the solid state fermentation of G.japonicum polysaccharide based on soybean meal as main medium, the medium containing G.japonicum mycelium was used to prepare the G.japonicum polysaccharide oral liquid. The paper studied the key processing techniques of the nutritional oral liquid with health care.
