摘    要:洪江水电厂4.5MW灯泡贯流式机组参与AGC系统调节后,运行工况明显劣化,半年内发生了一系列设备损坏事件。电厂技术人员大胆对原行业技术标准提出质疑.通过开展机组稳定性试验,获取了有力证据,促进了行业标准的修订。

Abstract:When the 4.5mW bulb-units in Hongjiang Hydro-power plant participated in the AGC operation,the unit operating conditions deteriorated significantly.A series of equipment damage occurred in a half year.The technical staff challenged the original technical standards boldly.They carried out the stability test of unit,to obtain evidence for the modifying of technical standards.
