高压共轨柴油机故障诊断系统控制策略研究

摘    要:基于高压共轨电控柴油机分析了柴油机电控单元故障诊断系统的工作原理,结合车载故障诊断系统的国际标准和电控系统模块化的设计思路,提出了针对各子模块的故障诊断控制策略,并完成了故障诊断模块的设计.通过对主要应用参数的标定,利用ETAS公司的ASCET软件实现控制策略的模拟仿真并在某型号高压共轨柴油机上进行台架试验.试验结果表明:采用控制策略可有效地实现柴油机的故障诊断.
