摘    要:采用后合成方法将胺基嫁接到载体上制备降低卷烟主流烟气中挥发性羰基化合物的材料,通过考察载体、胺基试剂和胺基试剂的用量对降低卷烟主流烟气中挥发性羰基化合物性能的影响,确定了后合成材料的较佳条件,即以三氧化二铝为载体,以3-胺基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为胺基化试剂,两者的比例是:1 g三氧化二铝:5 mmol APTES。卷烟应用试验结果表明,应用该材料制备的二元复合滤棒卷制试验卷烟,与对照卷烟相比,试验卷烟的烟碱和焦油释放量基本不变,甲醛释放量降低55.2%、乙醛释放量降低25.0%、丙醛释放量降低20.7%、巴豆醛释放量降低17.8%,评吸结果表明,两种卷烟总体风格特点和感官质量基本一致。

Studies on post-synthesized amine-functionalized materials for reducing volatile carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke
Abstract:A novel amine-functionalized material for reducing volatile carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke was prepared by post –synthesis method. Different supports, amine-functionalized reagents, and the amount of those materials were investigated. The amine-functionalized material prepared using Al2O3 as support, 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTES) as amine-functionalized reagent with the ammount of 1 g/5 mmol was found to be most effective for reducing volatile carbonyl compounds. The effects for decreasing volatile carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke were investigated using a dual-filter cigarette. Compared to the control cigarette, the released amount of formaldehyde, aldehyde, propylaldehyde, and crotonaldehyde for experimental sample reduced by about 55.2%, 25.0%, 20.7%, and 17.8%, respectively. Nicotine and tar deliveries were almost the same, indicating that the novel amine-functionalized material had good selective filtration behavior for decreasing volatile carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke. Moreover, taste of the experimental sample was similar to original cigarette.
