集成化虚拟装配工艺规划系统研究

摘    要:在分析虚拟装配工艺规划技术特点的基础上,提出一个实用的集成化虚拟装配工艺规划系统,介绍了虚拟装配工艺规划系统的体系结构及其基本工作流程,并对虚拟产品装配模型、装配过程中知识辅助决策、装配现场工艺可视化等虚拟装配工艺规划系统的关键技术进行了论述。虚拟装配工艺规划系统已在航天产品的装配工艺设计中得到试用,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the characteristics of Virtual Assembly Process Planning(VAPP),an Integrated VAPP(IVAPP) system was proposed.The architecture and basic workflow of this IVAPP system were introduced and the key techniques of this IVAPP system including virtual assembly model,knowledge navigation in assembly operation process and process visualization in assembly workshop were discussed.Recently,this IVAPP system has been applied in assembly process planning of aerospace-related products to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.
