Design of Substation Web Services Based on IEC61850

IEC61850 standard is based on the common network platform of substation automation systems only intemational standard, it will change the current substation automation system closed structure, making it open and standards system. This paper introduces a substation web services design programs based on SOAP to change the traditional design of the station for the two - tier structure of the three - tier distributed architecture, and in accordance with the basic components of each other stations highly independent features, in different layer redrawn sub - site functional nodes in order to achieve different functions.
