纳米SiC对Al_2O_3-SiC-C质浇注料性能的影响

摘    要:以ω(Al_2O_3)>99.1%的电熔致密刚玉,粒度<0.074 mm、ω(SiC)>97%的碳化硅等为主要原料,SiO_2微粉、沥青和Alphabond为添加物,研究了纳米SiC加入量(质量分数,下同)分别为0, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%和2%时对Alpha-bond结合的Al_2O_3-SiC-C质浇注料的流动值、常规物理性能、高温抗折强度和抗渣性的影响.采用XRD衍射仪和SEM对实验后的试样进行了物相和显微结构分析.结果表明:采用细粉预混法引入纳米SiC,使Al_2O_3-SiC-C质浇注料更为致密;在保持浇注料流动性相当的条件下,纳米SiC加入量增加到2%,浇注料加水量从3.83%增加到4.67%,增幅为22%,说明纳米SiC的引入对浇注料的流动性影响较大;纳米SiC的加入,对浇注料的常温抗折强度和耐压强度影响不大,高温抗折强度在纳米SiC加入量为0.5%时最高,提高幅度为4%;物相分析表明,添加1.0%纳米SiC后的试样中生成的莫来石比不加纳米SiC试样中生成的少,刚玉的量跟不加纳米SiC试样中的相当,SiC的量比不加纳米SiC试样中剩余的多;静态坩埚抗渣实验表明,含纳米SiC的浇注料,在加入1.0%纳米Al_2O_3时,抗渣渗透性得到显著改善,而抗渣侵蚀性变化不明显.
