摘    要:采用已建立的汽油磨损测试法对欧洲汽油的润滑性进行了初步考察,其目的是得到一些基本数据供进一步研究用。为了考察汽油润滑性问题内在的化学因素,对基础油、汽油组分、掺和剂、添加剂以及商品汽油进行了以下试验:(1)考察5种已知无铅基础汽油的磨损,并与瑞典环保柴油对比;(2)考察汽油各组分油的本体组成对汽油润滑性的影响;(3)对掺和剂MTBE加入汽油,考察其对润滑性的影响;)4)将清净剂加入汽油,考察其对润

Abstract:The newly developed HFRR gasoline wear test method was first used to investigate the lubricity of European gasolines This study was aimed at obtaining some general baseline data on gasoline lubricity for further study In order to obtain an insight into the possible compositional origins of gasoline lubricity problems,testing was carried out on gasoline base stock,gasoline component streams,important gasoline blending agents/additives and commercial gasolines Five well characterized unleaded gasoline were examined and compared with Swedish Class I diesel fuel A range of refinery streams used in gasoline production was studied to examine the effect of bulk hydrocarbon composition on gasoline lubricity One of these refinery streams was also blended with MTBE to investigate the influence of oxygenate on wear To explore the influence of detergent additives on lubricity,tests were carried out using commercial additives at a range of concentrations Finally,in order to obtain an overview of comparative lubricity properties of gasoline and diesel fuels,ten samples were purchased from different retail outlets in UK for a wear study The preliminary results revealed that gasoline lubricity varies over a relatively wide range, which must arise from details of gasoline compositions Systematic work needs to be carried out for exploring further detail relationship between gasoline composition and lubricity
