摘    要:采用以催化铁内电解法为主的物化法工艺处理制革综合废水,当进水SS、BOD5、CODCr、总铬、S2-、色度分别为2 120 mg/L、648 mg/L、1 240 mg/L、96.2 mg/L、113.8 mg/L、840倍时,出水则分别为142 mg/L、75 mg/L、248mg/L、1.3 mg/L、0.8 mg/L、16倍,出水水质稳定,能够达到二级排放标准.此工艺操作简便,造价低廉,适用于中小型制革企业.

Abstract:Catalyzed iron internal electrolysis as an physicochemical method is used for treating synthetic leather wastewater. When the influent water SS, BOD5, CODCr, total chromium, S^2- and colority are 2 120 mg/L, 648 mg/L, 1 240 mg/L, 96.2 mg/L, 113.8 mg/L, and 840 times respectively, the effluent water are 142 mg/L, 75 mg/L, 248 mg/L, 1.3 mg/L, 0.8 mg/L and 16 times respectively. The stability of the effluent water quality can reach the 2^nd Grade Discharge Standard. The operation of this technology is simple and convenient, its cost is cheap, suitable for small-scaled and medium-scaled leather enterprises.
