摘 要: | 研究了电磁搅拌对ZA27(Si)合金组织的影响,结果表明:强烈的电磁搅拌使ZA27(Si)合金中初晶硅显著细化和球团化,共晶硅大部分粒化,基体组织也明显细化。研究还表明:电磁搅拌引起的机械破碎、摩擦作用、抑制择优生长作用、促进枝晶熔断作用及促进非均质形核作用是组织细化的主要机理。

The Effect of Rotary Magnetic Field on ZA27(Si) Alloy Structure |

Abstract: | Investigating the influence of electromagnetism agitation on ZA27(Si) alloy structure,the paper shows that the intense electromagnetism agitation makes the primary crystals Si of ZA27(Si) alloy to be refined and spherical greatly.And the eutectic Si also becomes globular mostly.In addition,the matrix structure is refined distinctly.The study also shows that the main mechanisms of strcture refinement are the effects of mechanical shattering,friction,inhibition from selected growth and promotions to dendritic fusion and nonhomogeneous nucleation,resulting from electromagnetism agitation. |
