高精确度智能微欧计的设计

摘    要:针对电子测量领域中如何对微小电阻进行精确测量这一关键问题,设计了一种高精确度、多量程的智能微欧计.该装置采用4端测量技术,其核心是利用脉冲电流来对微小电阻进行测量.当电流脉冲很窄时,电流通过小电阻的时间很短,由升温引起的阻值变化可以忽略.同时,由于电流值较大,在小电阻上的压降较高,从而使测量准确度提高.该装置能够对小电阻进行精密测量,具有自动化程度高、测量准确度及分辨率高、性能稳定等特点.

Abstract:Measuring low resistance precisely is an important issue in the field of electronic measurement.A high precision intelligent digital micro-ohmmeter using four-terminal measurement is designed.The key of the design is to measure low resistance via pulse current.When the width of pulse current is very narrow and the time is extremely short,the change of resistance value caused by temperature can be ignored.In the mean time,the voltage drop in resistance is very high because of the heavy current,and then measuring accuracy is enhanced.This instrument can measure resistance precisely and shows excellent performances,i.e.high automatic control level,stability,high measurement precision and high resolution.
