装备保障训练能力灰色聚类评价模型研究

首先对装备保障训练能力的内涵进行分析,然后利用层次分析法(AHP)、灰色聚类理论,通过计算各层总权重,定义评分标准集、评价主题权重集及确定评价值向量建立装备保障训练能力灰色聚类评价模型。该模型可以对具体单位的装备保障训练能力进行定量综合评价,从而确定具体单位装备保障训练能力等级,以便不断培育和增强装备保障训练能力。

Study on Grey Clustering Assessment Model of Equipment Support Training Ability

At first, the concept of equipment support training ability is analyzed. Then, use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey clustering theory, through calculating layer overall weighting, defining evaluation standard unit, evaluating the theme weighting unit and ensuring evaluation value vector, to establish grey clustering assessment model of equipment support training ability. The model can be used to synthetically evaluate the equipment support training ability, and therefore find its disadvantage, so that the equipment support training ability may be strengthened continuously.
