氯代四官能耐热环氧树脂复合材料性能研究

摘    要:在确定了氯代四官能环氧/DDS树脂体系成型工艺的基础上,对浇注体的力学性能、复合材料的力学性能和耐热性进行了分析。结果表明,固化工艺为130℃/1h+150℃/2h+175℃/2h时,浇铸体具有较好的力学性能,高温力学性能保持率和较高的玻璃化温度tg和热分解温度,产品性能与国外同类产品相当。

STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF HEAT-RESISTANT CHLORINE SUBSTITUTED TETRAFUNCTIONAL EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITES
Abstract:Based on the determination of molding process of chlorine substituted multifunctional epoxy/DDS resin system,mechanical properties of casting compounds and mechanical properties and heat-resistance of composites were analyzed in this paper.It showed that according to the curing process,130℃/1h+150℃/2h+175℃/3h,the mechanical properties of the casting compounds were very good and its Tg and pyrogenic temperature were as high as the same products abroad.
