| 摘 要： | 文中结合南水北调中线北京段PCCP应急供水工程,对于直径4 m的PCCP生产过程中存在管芯外壁插口端裂缝问题,从裂缝特征,裂缝预防措施,裂缝管道外荷载承载力试验等三方面进行裂缝成因综合分析。

| Abstract: | Being aimed at the existing problems that the crack on outside surface of insert end of pipe occurs in the construction process of PCCP of 4m in diameter which is used in the emergency water-supply project of Beijing Reach of Middle Line of South-to-north Transfer Water Project,this paper comprehensively analyses the formation cause of crack from 3 aspects.They are crack feature,measure preventing crack and the test of bearing capacity of outside load. |
