| 摘 要： | 在分析企业综合评价指标体系现状的基础上,结合建筑企业特点,借鉴战略平衡计分卡(BSC),构建建筑企业竞争力评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定各个指标的权重.对浙江省8家特级资质建筑企业进行实证研究,研究结果展示了8家特级工程总承包企业各自的竞争优势和劣势,同时表明该评价体系,可以作为建筑企业自我评价的依据,也可作为政府主管部门评价建筑企业实力的工具.
