摘    要:常用的气举采油管柱存在的问题是气举阀易失效,不能投捞进行更换,严重影响管柱的效率和使用周期。为此,进行了独立气举管柱力学分析及优化设计。优化设计的关键在于确定气举方式、管柱组合方式、气举阀位置和个数、封隔器和单流阀作用、扶正器修复管柱变形以及保证投芯作业成功等因素。管柱经过力学分析和强度校核,可从理论上明确A型和B型独立气举管柱结构的可行性,为现场应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The gas lift valve on the conventional gas lift pipe string is easy to fail and cannot be replaced in the hole. Thereby a self-contained gas life pipe string is designed by optimum method and its mechanical analysis is made.The key factors of the optimum design of the pipe string lie in determining the gas lift technology, pipe string's combination pattern, the position and number of the gas lift valve, the function of the packer and check valve, and straightening the distortional pipe string with centralizers, and ensuring the success inthrowing-in the mandrel type plug. By means of mechanical analysis and strength check, the feasibility of the structure of the self-contained gas lift pipe string can be proved.
