摘    要:三峡库区百上迁建城析址处于山区,其地形,地质情况复杂,城镇迁建设计必须顾及山地特点,因地制宜,依山就势,避免大挖大填,避免产生人为的不良地质问题,城镇道路 城镇的基本骨架,具有多种功能,涉及到城镇的建筑布局和总投资。

Abstract:New sites of more than hundred relocated cities and towns in the Three Gorges reservoir area are located in mountainous regions with complicated topographical and geological conditions. Relocation of the cities and towns must be planned in consideration of features of mountainous regions and in line with local conditions, and buildings should be close to hills and adaptable to local topography in order to avoid large amount of excavation and filling, and man made geological dangers. Road systems are the basical frames of cites and towns, have many functions and involve architectural composition and total investment. Design of roads is closely related to topographical and geological conditions. In accordance with the relation of earth rock excavation volume of hillslope roads to road width and ground surface slope, and in consideration of making excavation and filling volumes as little as possible, the cross section, longitudinal profile and plane of roads should be designed by various methods. House comstruction should also take account of features of hilly lands and use various architectural techniques suitable for local topography and geology to reduce excavation, filling, retaining and protecting works. Waste earth and rock from excavation need to be concentrally treated and fully utilized.
