微弧氧化工艺参数对覆盖层厚度的影响规律模型

摘    要:微弧氧化工艺参数影响着覆盖层厚度,而覆盖层厚度直接影响处理后的性能.为了解工艺参数对覆盖层厚度的影响规律,基于微弧氧化过程的等效电路,建立了氧化过程中电压、电流和电解液电导率等对覆盖层厚度影响的理论模型.模型分析结果表明,覆盖层厚度随电解液电导率增大、时间延长而增加,厚度增加速度在处理初期大于处理后期,恒电流条件下厚度增加速度与电压的增加速度成正比.模型分析结果与已有试验结果吻合.

Abstract:Technological parameters of micro - arc oxidation (MAO) affect the thickness of coating, which affects the performances of treated casting directly. Based on the equivalent circuit of MAO process, a theoretical model was established to investigate the influences of process parameters on the thickness of coating. The parameters included electrical voltage, electrical current and the electrolyte. The analysis results of model show that the thickness of coating increases with the increase of electrolytic conductance and processing time. The thickness increment rate of coating in the early stage of processing is greater than the later stage, and is proportional to the voltage increment rate under the condition of gal-vanostat. All the analysis results agree with the experimental results from others.
