摘    要:粘土矿物的膨胀,破裂,分散,运移和堵塞是对高压低渗油藏储层伤害的主要因素之一,通过X射线衍射仪室内实验分析,对防膨稳定剂作了系统评价,对多种药剂进行了优选,克服了传统的防膨稳定剂离心法,膨胀仪法的一些弱点,通过河146断块岩心室内分析,筛选出了适合该地区的防膨稳定剂的配方,矿场应用于河2-斜4井注采试验井组,自1998年4月至今,其日产油能力为82t,采油速度达3.0%以上,稳产3年,取得了明显的开发效果,该研究的成功对类似低渗透油藏的高效开发具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Swelling, cracking, dispersion, migration and plugging of clay minerals are the main factors of the reservoir damage in high-pressure low-permeability reservoirs. Antiswelling stabilizing agent is evaluated systematically through X-ray diffraction analysis and many agents are optimized. This method overcomes some shortages in the conventional centrifugal and expansion method. The suitable formulation of the agent is screened by laboratory analysis of the cores in He 146 fault block. Injection-production test in well group of He 2-Xie 4 using this agent achieved obvious effect of a daily production rate 82t/d, an oil recovery rate more than 3.0% and a stable production period of three years from April 1998 to the present. This successful study will provide guide to the efficient development of similar low permeability reservoirs.
