摘    要:水资源承载能力受到各种因素的制约 ,大型水工程建设是其中的一个重要因素。大型水工程建设将显著改变河流的水文情势及年内运行分配 ,引起环境与生态系统结构、功能的变化 ,其建设也将引起河口邻近海域环境及生物群落结构和分布格局的变化。水工程对河口的影响是缓慢的、潜在的。大型水工程对长江三角洲水资源承载能力影响的研究是一项必须立即进行的工作。

Abstract:The bearing capacity of water resources is affected by various factors, and the impact of large hydro projects is an important factor. Large hydro projects cause the change of the hydrological pattern of rivers and the structure and function of the environment and ecological system of the river basin. They also affect the distribution of biological species at the Yangtze River Estuary and in near seas. The impact of large hydro projects is gradual and potential. The research of the impact on the bearing capacity of water resources in the Yangtze River Delta area should be carried out at once.
