摘    要:为了实时检测分层实体制造的Z向误差,提出以开关作为检测元件的低成本高度测量系统。该系统仅由一个限位开关和步进电机驱动的工作台组成,电机步长决定了系统分辨率。文中通过重复测量试验,考察了工作温度环境下的电机脉冲频率和测量间隔时间对系统检测性能的影响。在电机步长等于0.000390625mm条件下,得到了系统的标准偏差为0.001mm,两次测量的数据极差以0.9916的概率小于或等于五个脉冲步数。实际制作表明,只要恰当地修正系统误差,测量系统就能满足检测要求,所得制件的Z向误差不超过0.2mm。

Abstract:A switch-based height measuring system used in Laminated object manufacturing (LOM) was proposed.The system was composed of a limit switch and a platform driven by a stepper motor.The resolution of the system was decided by the step size of the motor.Repeated measuring experiments were conducted to evaluate the influence of the pulse frequency of the motor and the interval time of measurement on the performance of the system.The results show when the step size is 0.000390625 mm/step,the standard deviation of the system was 0.001mm and the extreme deviation of two serial measured data is no more than 5 steps in the probability of 0.9916.Physical models were fabricated and the error in Z direction is less than 0.2mm,which indicates the proposed low cost system has use value.
