| 摘 要： | 近年来频繁发生的城市燃气事故对居民生命财产安全造成巨大威胁.为保障城市燃气管网系统的安全运行,针对城市燃气输配管网系统的危机管理研究十分必要.基于此,本论文针对天津现役燃气管网系统实际情况,以城市燃气输配管网系统作为危机管理的研究对象,对其危机管理中的风险辨识、风险分析与评价、事故后果分析、预警及应急几个环节进行研究,以做到针对所发生的燃气事故进行有效的应急行动.达到控制事故的发展并最终消除的结果.
