| 摘 要： | 目前常用化学脱胶工艺虽然可除去麻纤维中的绝大部分胶质，但脱胶时间长、耗能多、成本高，且污染环境。本实验采用超声波技术对罗布麻进行预处理，并与预水处理和预酸处理的脱胶效果进行了比较。指出超声波法在罗布麻预处理产业化应用中将会有广阔前景。

| Abstract: | Although conventional chemical degumming processes can remove most gum from bast fibers, they are usually time- and energy-consuming, high-cost and causing pollution to the environment. The test introduced in this article uses ultrasonic technology for the pretreatment of apocynum. The test results are compared with the degumming effect of water pretreatment and acid pretreatment. It predicts that the ultrasonic method will play important role in the industrial pretreatment of apocynum. |
