管壳式换热器的优化设计

摘    要:管壳式换热器是广泛应用于各个领域的工业设备,在国民经济中具有非常重要的作用,管壳式换热器的效率问题是设计工作的核心。本文利用优化设计原理,建立了以管壳式换热器优化设计模型。分析了影响年总费用的因素.编制了管壳式换热器优化设计计算机程序。最后给出了一个计算实例说明优化设计程序的作用。

Abstract:Shell and tube heat exchangers are widely used in many industry fields.Shell and tube heat exchangers are important to national economy.The efficiency of shell and tube heat exchanger is a core to design of a shell and tube heat exchanger.Based on principle of optimum design,a model of optimum design for shell and tube heat exchanger is established.Factors causing the total fee of shell and tube heat exchangers are analyzed,and a program for optimum design of shell and tube heat exchanger is worked out.Finally,a example of optimum design for shell and tube heat exchanger is given to show how to apply the program.
