| 摘 要： | 介绍了膜分离技术的原理、种类和特点,对膜分离技术在国内外油料浸出,油脂精炼,油脂深加工,植物蛋白生产以及油脂加工业废水处理中的应用状况、应用优点、工艺条件及膜材料进行了综述,通过对国内外膜分离技术在油脂加工业方面的应用与研究比较,认为目前我国尚处于起步阶段.我们应加大膜分离技术在油脂加工业中的应用与研究力度.开发在实际生产中的应用,使其更好地在我国油脂加工业中发挥作用.

| Abstract: | The principle, kinds and characteristics of membrane separation technology were introduced. The application status, advantage, process parameters and membrane material of membrane separation technology in oilseed extraction, oil refining, oil deep proeessing, plant protein production and oil wastewater treatment in domestic and overseas were also summarized. Membrane separation technology is in the first stage in China. In order to promote the application in oil processing industry, the research and application development of membrane technology should be strengthened. |
