摘    要:镀层与基体之间的结合强度是功能镀层能否实际使用的首要指标,由于Ni-Fe-W-P合金镀层是一种新型的代铬镀层,故以铬镀层的结合强度为对比,通过静态和动态加载来研究Ni-Fe-W-P合金镀层的结合强度.试验结果表明,Ni-Fe-W-P合金刷镀层在冲击、疲劳或几种复合载荷下都具有优良的结合强度;该刷镀层具有优良的结合强度的主要机理是:镀层与基体存在扩散层并形成韧性合金,过渡层缩小了工作镀层与过渡层、过渡层与基体的晶格错配度,同时机械铆接效应也起一定的作用;合理的工艺参数可获得高结合强度的合金镀层.试验还表明,Ni-Fe-W-P合金镀层的结合强度优于铬镀层,因此,该镀层用作代铬镀层可以达到使用要求.

Abstract:Bonding strength between plating and matrix is an essential index to decide whether the functional layers can be actually used. As a new substitute of hard Cr plating, the bonding strength of Ni-Fe-W-P alloy plating was studied contrasting with hard Cr plating by means of static and dynamic loading. The results show that the Ni-Fe-W-P alloy plating has excellent bonding strength under impacting, fatigue and several composite loads, which is because diffuse layer exists between plating and matrix and forms tough alloy. The diffuse layer reduces the distinction of crystal lattice between surface plating and matrix, and the mechanical rivet has some effect. Rational process conditions can be result in alloy plating with high bonding strength. The experimental results also show that bonding strength of Ni-Fe-W-P alloy plating layer is better than that of hard Cr plating.
