湿法烟气脱硫存在SO3^2-时石灰石的活性研究

摘    要:利用定pH值滴定法研究了SO3^2-存在时石灰石的溶解特性.结果表明,当SO3^2-存在时,石灰石的溶解过程受石灰石颗粒表面和液相主体之间的传质及石灰石颗粒的表面反应速度共同控制.表面反应速率常数不仅仅与石灰石种类有关,且随浆液的pH值增大而减小,随温度、搅拌速率和CO2分压的升高而增大.

Abstract:Dissolution characteristic of limestone in presence of sulfite has been investigated by constant pH titration. Results indicate that the dissolution of limestone in presence of sulfite is simultaneously controlled by mass transfer between the limestone particle surface and the liquid phase, as well as the surface reaction of limestone particle. The speed coefficient of surface reaction is not only dependent on limestone type, but also decreases with increasing pH value of the limestone slurry, while it increases with rising temperature, stirring speed and the partial pressure of CO2.
