振捣方式和引气剂品种对混凝土气泡结构的影响

摘    要:对高频振捣方式和引气剂品种对混凝土气泡结构的影响规律进行。采用四种工程中常用的引气剂配制水胶比为0.4的混凝土,考察高频振捣方式对新拌混凝土和硬化混凝土含气量的影响,结果表明:随振捣时间的增加,硬化混凝土中的气泡比表面积增大,平均气泡径减小,气泡总数和小气泡数会出现峰值而后迅速减少。同时,含气量损失率增加,引气剂品种对含气量的损失也有明显的影响。

Abstract:It is studied that the effect of high-frequency vibration mode and the types of air entraining admixtures on air voids.Four types of air entraining admixture which were frequently used in projects were adopted.Concrete with water to cement ratio of 0.4 was tested.The results showed that high-frequency vibration and types of air entraining admixture have great effects on air content in the concrete.Increase of vibration time will result in an increase in specific surface of air bubble and a decrease in mean ...
