如何改善农民贫困现状策略分析

改革开放自今,虽然我国已经步入了全面建设小康社会新阶段,但是如何解决好农民贫困问题依然是全面建设小康社会的一扇软肋,而农民增收滞后却是农民问题解决的关键。就目前城乡收入差距呈拉大趋势来看,增加农民收入,缩小差距,实现人均GDP达到3000美元的全面小康社会指标难度犹存。因此,本文通过以西南广大农村地区农民贫困现状为研究对象,全面分析制约山区农民增收的因素,并提出解决此问题的具体方案。
