氨合成塔工艺电模拟计算

摘    要:本文利用一维、拟均相、平推流模型对中型氨厂三套管连续换热式氨合成塔催化床进行了模拟工艺设计计算。废弃了固定绝热段高度的不合理计算方法,给定绝热段出口温度,计算床层体积和生产强度、温度浓度分布,优化床层入口温度。结果表明:该计算设计方法合理,数据精确、可靠,完全可用于氨塔设计,指导氨塔生产。

Abstract:A simulated calculation of the technological design for the catalyst bed of the ammonia synthesis converter of three-casingpipe continuous heat exchange for a medium-sized ammonia plant is given by means of quasi-homogeneous one-dimensional plug-flow model. The unreasonable calculation by the fixed depth of adiabatic stage is discarded. After the temperature of adiabatic stage exit is decided, the bed volume,the productive strength and the distribution of temperature and concentration are all calculated and the temperature of the bed inlet is optimized. The result shows that this design method is reasonable and data are accurate and reliable for calculation. It can fully be used for design and the guidance of the production of the ammonia synthesis converter.
