摘    要:采用化学沉淀一铁氧体法研究了锡、铜、锌、镍等重金属离子回收利用和废水达标排放问题。研究结果表明,采用分步沉积法可先后去除锡、铜重金属离子,其中锡和铜的最佳沉淀pH值分别为3和7,此时,锡和铜的沉淀率分别达到了97.0%和99.9%,沉淀物高温煅烧后经XRD验证分别为SnO2和CuO2采用铁氧体法处理锌、镍最佳工艺条件为:pH=10,FeSO4·7H2O浓度0.24g/100mL,温度65℃,lmL浓度1.5%的H2O2。在此条件下,锌离子由处理前的100mg/L降低到0.023mg/L,镍离子由处理前的200mg/L降低到0.1lmg/L,均可实现达标排放。

Abstract:In order to reclaim and make the heavy metal ions concentration come up to the waste water discharge standard ,chemical coprecipitation method-ferrite was used to deal with metal ions such as tin,zinc,copper and nickel which are from deplating bath ,and the process parameters of this method are discussed. The results indicate that tin and copper are eliminated step by step with the different pH values,the optimum pH values are 3 and 7 respectively,and the deposition amount to 97.0 and 99.9 percent,SnO2 and ...
