| 摘 要： | 采用化学沉淀一铁氧体法研究了锡、铜、锌、镍等重金属离子回收利用和废水达标排放问题。研究结果表明，采用分步沉积法可先后去除锡、铜重金属离子，其中锡和铜的最佳沉淀pH值分别为3和7，此时，锡和铜的沉淀率分别达到了97．0％和99．9％，沉淀物高温煅烧后经XRD验证分别为SnO2和CuO2采用铁氧体法处理锌、镍最佳工艺条件为：pH=10，FeSO4·7H2O浓度0．24g／100mL，温度65℃，lmL浓度1．5％的H2O2。在此条件下，锌离子由处理前的100mg／L降低到0．023mg／L，镍离子由处理前的200mg／L降低到0．1lmg／L，均可实现达标排放。

| Abstract: | In order to reclaim and make the heavy metal ions concentration come up to the waste water discharge standard ,chemical coprecipitation method-ferrite was used to deal with metal ions such as tin,zinc,copper and nickel which are from deplating bath ,and the process parameters of this method are discussed.
