| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种利用接触式导轮作为传感器的内环焊缝自动跟踪装置。叙述了该装置的工作原理、结构组成,电路设计及机械设计。这种焊缝自动跟踪装置具有线路简单,工作可靠,抗干扰能力强等多方面优点。经试验证明该装置用于带坡口焊缝的自动跟踪是可行的。具有一定的实用推广价值。

| Abstract: | The automatic internal girth weld tracker using contact type guide wheel as sensor is introduced in this paper.Its operating principle, structure constituent, circuit design and mechanical layout are described.It makes features of simple circuitry, reliability and stronger anti-interference etc.The tests show that automatic tracking of weld with groove is feasible.It is of fixed practical spreaded value. |
