| 摘 要： | 本试验筛选了薄层析展开剂，使辛灭乳油中辛硫磷与灭多威分离良好。确定了灭多威的紫外分析波长为２４０纳米。灭多威分析方法的精密度试验为０．０１２，ＣＶ为０．５９％；５次试验平均回收率达９８．３％为１．９８，ＣＶ％为１．１％。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analysis method was established for methomyl in Xin-Mie EC(phoxim-methomyl EC) by TLC-UV spectrophotometer.Methomyl was separated from the mixture by a developing agent and analysed by UV-spectrophotometer at 240nm.The method has a high accuracy and precision as well as a good linear response. The average recoveries of methomyl is 98.30%. |
