高温高压下Cl-浓度、CO2分压对13 Cr不锈钢点蚀的影响

摘    要:为了研究CO2分压、Cl-浓度对13Cr油井管钢点蚀行为的影响,用电化学方法模拟塔里木油田环境进行了腐蚀试验.结果表明,在模拟条件下,13Cr钢的再钝化能力较差;Cl-是造成13Cr钢发生孔蚀的主要原因,在较高Cl-浓度下,点蚀诱发敏感性增强,EIS图谱的低频端出现典型的点蚀诱导期和发展期特征;随着CO2分压的增大,促使孔蚀的发生和发展,蚀孔内的阳极反应电流密度加强,溶液黏度加大,从而使蚀孔内的扩散传质过程受阻.

Abstract:Pitting behaviors of 13Cr stainless steel were studied in the stimulated environment of Talimo oil field by electrochemical method. The results show that the re-passivation ability of 13Cr stainless steel is worse, and C1~- is the main factor for pitting initiation. Under the condition of higher C1~- concentration the susceptibility to pitting initiation increases, and the characteristics of pitting initiation and propagation appear on the low-frequency part of EIS. As the CO_2 partial pressure increases, the pitting initiation and propagation are accelerated, and then the mass transport process in the inner of pits is retarded because the anodic current density increases greatly resulted in increase of viscosity.
