可编程控制器在中小型电动机检测中的应用

摘    要:介绍了采用可编程控制器(PLC)开发的测量系统在电动机特性检测中的应用。系统把采集到的参数转换后,通过PID闭环控制使被试电动机工作在预先设定的测试条件下,最后形成检测所需要的数据和报表。系统测试状态稳定,提高了测量的准确性和有效性,降低了测量系统误差,减轻了测试人员的劳动强度。

Abstract:Introduction was made to the application of measurement system developed by adoption of programmable logic controller (PLC) in motor feature test. After the transfer of parameters collected by the system, via PID closed-loop control to make the motor to be tested working in preset test conditions, and finally forming the parameters and test reports needed. The system testing state is stable, to have raised correctness and validity of measurement, reduced measurement system error as well as test personnel's labor strength.
