大容积罐体群爆破拆除实践

摘    要:利用水压爆破方法成功拆除了1 700 m3 钢筋混凝土罐体群,注水量达6 000 m3,一次起爆药量632.4 kg.根据罐体结构特点,采取了在罐体的侧壁与顶、底板交接部位布置了群药包,在罐体的中心布置了集中药包,同时在罐体的外加固圈梁布置了钻孔装药的药包,使炸药能量更均匀地作用在罐体周壁上,获得了良好的破碎效果,并有效地控制了飞石.结合爆破实践,提出了一些关于大容积罐体爆破拆除设计及施工方面的观点.

Abstract:A group of vessels, made of 1 700 m~3 reinforced-concrete, were successfully demolished by means of water-pressure blasting which water of 6 000 m~3 is poured 632.4 kg explosives are comsumed. According to the characteristics of vessels' structure, a pattern method of scattered charges near the junctures of the side wall and the top or bottom, centered charges in the center of vessel and drilling hole charges in the circle beams outside the wall was used for the purpose that the energy of explosive could be well-distributed on the circumference wall of vessel. The vessels were thoroughly smashed and the fly rocks were controlled effectively. Some points about the design and implementation of vast capacity vessel are presented in light of blasting practice.
