摘    要:回顾了六面顶液压机合成金刚石腔体大小发展的历程,简要地从设备、工艺、原材料三大方面探讨了Ф35mm以上腔体合成工艺中的一些问题,指出随着腔体的扩大,传压介质、组装结构的重要性更加突出。

Abstract:This paper reviews the changes in reaction cavity's size of a cubic anvil press for diamond synthesis. In light of equipment, technology and raw materials,some technical problems are discussed in brief of synthesizing diamond with an above dia 35 mm reaction cavity. It is concluded that with increasing the volume of reaction cavity, pressure-transfer medium and combination pattern of graphite with catalyst are particularly important.
