| Abstract: | Modem property right system is not only the base of the modem enterprise system, but also the important condition for forming good credit system and market order. In order to achieve the maximum economic profit, the reform of property right system should put the designing of the enterprise stock right and the framework of property right in reason. The setting of the property right system should reflect the demand of human capital. |
