攀钢铁水炉外脱硫的发展

摘    要:介绍了攀钢铁水炉外脱硫的发展。就喷枪经历单孔直简型到多孔倒Y型的转变、脱硫剂从电石、石灰型到含镁型的发展、工艺参数优化发展进行了介绍。铁水炉外脱硫量从设计的220.9万t/a发展到2002年的380万t/a,脱硫效率达88%以上。2003年铁水脱硫前硫的质量分数为0.058%,脱硫后硫的质量分数为0.0086%,最低达到0.001%;脱硫成本达到12.78元/t。铁水炉外脱硫满足了炼钢工序冶炼低硫钢的需要。

Abstract:Output of desulphurized hot metal at Panzhihua Steel raised from 2.2 Mt per yea r as designed capacity to 3.8 Mt per year in 2002 with an efficiency of desulph urization above 88%.In 2002, when S] beforewas 0.058% and S] afterwas 0.0086% with a minimum of 0.001%, the cost of desulphu rization agent was about 12.78 yuan per ton hot metal.The lance modification f rom signal nozzle to upside down Y type, change of agent from calcium carbide-b a sed, lime-based to magnesium-based and optimization of operation parameters ar e introduced.The prospect of the technology is also put forward.
