摘    要:本文主要对V型连接管件内径滚压成形三维有限元模拟中的关键问题进行了研究。对实际加工中的模具进行了必要的简化, 建立起符合实际加工过程的有限元仿真模型, 对坯料网格进行合理的划分, 给出模具与坯料间接触区约束及速度边界条件的处理方法。结果表明, 有限元仿真能比较真实地反映实际加工情况; 变形区的速度场反映了金属产生塑性变形填入套管齿槽的成形行为; 得到了齿槽宽度对连接件的成形性及成形载荷的影响。该模拟计算对于探索复杂的内径滚压成形规律具有重要意义。

Abstract:The key problems of 3D FEM simulation on internal rolling process of V shaped connecting tubes were studied in this paper.The dies in processing were simplified necessarily, and FEM model fitting to practical processing was established. The tube was meshed correctly, and the treatment method of the restriction and velocity boundary condition on contact contour of die with blank were given. The result showed that simulation could reflect realistic status of forming in this paper. The velocity field acquired denoted the forming behaviors of the metal filling the grooves. In addition, the effects of alveolus width on the forming quality and forming force of connecting tubes were analyzed. The simulation method is very important for exploring the rules of internal rolling process.
