| Abstract: | In this paper, the issue of observer designs for a class of nonlinear continuous‐time systems with time‐delay is addressed, where the nonlinear function is not necessarily Lipschitz. It is shown that both full‐order and reduced‐order observers can be obtained by means of the same linear matrix inequality.
