平面磨削颤振在线监控装置的研制

摘    要:在平面磨削颤振在线监控技术的基础上,利用MCS-51单片机研制了实用的平面房削颤振在线监控装置。详细介绍了监控装置的设计思想与硬件、软件的实现问题。通过实验测试表明,该监控装置可以减小磨削振动,避免颤振产生。

Abstract:Based on on-line monitoring technigues for chatter on planar grinding process, on-line monitoring device for chatter on planar grinding process is developed by using MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer. Design idea, hardware and software of the device are described in details. It is proved by a series of experments that the chatter of grinding process can be avoided with the device. The result of research shows it can be used for practical production.
