吸附树脂在食品防腐剂分析中的应用

摘    要:用K2Cr2O7-硫代巴比妥酸光度法测定食品中痕量2,4-己二烯酸时,可用吸附树脂GDX-502微型柱消除醇、醛、酮、酯和糖对测定的干扰。用标准加入法测得回收率为98.4%~101.3%。对试样10次测定,相对标准偏差为3.18%。

Abstract:The trace hexadienoic acid is determined in food by K2Cr2O7-thiobarbituric acid sepetrophometric method. The interference of alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, esser and sugar can eliminated by a mini-column of GDX-502.The recovery reachs from 98.4% to 101.3% by standard adding method. The RSD is 3.18% for determined results of 10 times.
