| 摘 要： | 用Ｋ２Ｃｒ２Ｏ７－硫代巴比妥酸光度法测定食品中痕量２，４－己二烯酸时，可用吸附树脂ＧＤＸ－５０２微型柱消除醇、醛、酮、酯和糖对测定的干扰。用标准加入法测得回收率为９８．４％～１０１．３％。对试样１０次测定，相对标准偏差为３．１８％。

| Abstract: | The trace hexadienoic acid is determined in food by K2Cr2O7-thiobarbituric acid sepetrophometric method. The interference of alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, esser and sugar can eliminated by a mini-column of GDX-502.The recovery reachs from 98.4% to 101.3% by standard adding method. The RSD is 3.18% for determined results of 10 times. |
