| 摘 要： | 以８０３１ＣＰＵ为主机的多功能测量仪可以测量非正弦工频下的电压，电流有效值，平均功率，功率因数，波形因数和频率等参数。由于采用了准同步采要的方法，它不需要硬件上的同步环节，而可达到与同步采样相当的测量精度，并可允许３０次以下的谐波存在。

| Abstract: | A kind of multimeters with 8031 CPU as its main part can measure all parameters of non-sinusoidal electricity with power0-line frequency such as the effective values of voltage and cur-rent, averagepower, power factor, waveshape factor and frequency. By using the quasisy-chronous sampling method, it doesn't need any hardware for sychronization and can achieve the same accuracy as with sychronous sampling in the cases with under 30th harmonic compo-nents. |
