| 摘 要： | 总结了现有的制造系统重组方式．介绍了软构件技术的发展，讨论了软构件技术在生产控制系统中的应用。在此基础上，提出了采用软构件技术实现面向大规模定制的生产控制系统快速重组方法，并从系统设计流程、构件设计等方面讨论了基于软构件技术的快速重组生产控制系统的关键问题。

| Abstract: | Resource reconfiguration modes of the manufactural system were summarized in the paper. The development of soft components which has two aspects: soft components and flexible components, and its application in common systems were introduced. Based on these, the method of rapid reconfiguration of production control system oriented mass customization by using soft components technology was proposed. In addition, the key problems to the rapid reconfiguration of production control system based on soft components technology were discussed, including the system design and component design. |
