| 摘 要： | 目前应用型本科院校软件专业人才培养存在很多问题，本文针对这些问题，根据市场对软件人才的需求，提出了一种新型的软件人才培养体系，从人才培养目标定位、课程体系构想、教学模式改革、“双师型”师资队伍建设、校企合作关系建立以及考试方式改革等方面都提出了建立办法。
