| Abstract: | As an effective enterprise management method, performance management has played its vital role in inspiring employees' initiatives, in improving enterprises' vitality and competitiveness, as well as in promoting enterprises development and enhancing economic performance and benefits. It is the core of human resources management in modern enterprises. This paper mainly presents analysis on misunderstandings existent in performance management at coal production enterprises, summarizes the connotations and key aspects of performance management, and probes into some clarifications and solutions in dealing with the misunderstandings. |
