摘    要:绩效管理,作为一种行之有效的企业管理手段,在激发员工的进取精神,增强企业活力和竞争力,促进企业发展和提高企业经济效益方面,发挥着至关重要的作用,是现代企业人力资源管理的核心。本文主要分析了国有煤炭生产企业在绩效管理中存在的误区,总结绩效管理的内涵和重点,探讨煤炭生产企业绩效管理中应对这些误区应明确的问题和解决的重点。

Abstract:As an effective enterprise management method, performance management has played its vital role in inspiring employees' initiatives, in improving enterprises' vitality and competitiveness, as well as in promoting enterprises development and enhancing economic performance and benefits. It is the core of human resources management in modern enterprises. This paper mainly presents analysis on misunderstandings existent in performance management at coal production enterprises, summarizes the connotations and key aspects of performance management, and probes into some clarifications and solutions in dealing with the misunderstandings.
