| 摘 要： | 以马来酸酐和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚-15(AEO15)为原料,通过一条绿色合成路线,合成了同时具有阴离子和非离子结构特点的马来酸酯类可聚合乳化剂。将可聚合乳化剂与传统乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)分别应用到醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯-叔碳酸乙烯酯-甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯的半连续式乳液共聚合时发现,由可聚合乳化剂得到的乳胶液电解质稳定性、贮存稳定性及冻融稳定性要优于传统乳化剂,而且使用可聚合乳化剂所成膜的耐水性也得到提高。

| Abstract: | Using maleic anhydride and dodecylpolyoxyethylene ether-15(AEO15)as raw materials,a maleate-based polymerizable emulsifier with structure combining the characteristics of nonionic and anionic surfactants was synthesized by a green route.It was shown when the polymerizable emulsifier and traditional emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)were used separately in semicontinuous polymerization of vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate-Veova 10-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate,the polymerizable emulsifier behaved much better than traditional emulsifier in electrolytic stability,storage stability and the freeze/thaw stability of the emulsion.Also the water sensitivity of the formed film based on polymerizable surfactant was improved. |
