摘    要:为了得到准确的金属铝含量,采用过滤消除三氧化二铝的干扰,通过六次甲基四胺和强碱分离等操作,排除干扰离子的影响,并根据调渣剂中金属铝的含量范围,提出了用EDTA滴定法测定调渣剂中的金属铝。结果表明,不采用仪器分析,应用化学分析中的滴定法可以得到稳定、准确、有效的分析结果,应用本法对调渣剂中的金属铝进行测定,结果满意。

Abstract:In order to obtain the accurate content of metallic aluminium, after eliminating the interferences from aluminium oxide by filtering and the effects from interfering ions by separating hexametylenetetramine and alkali, the determination of metallic aluminium in the slag - modifier by the EDTA titrimetry was put forward in terms of the content range of metallic aluminium in the slag - modifier. The results showed that the stable, accurate and effective analysis results can be attained only by titrimetry, without any instrumental analysis. The determination results of metallic aluminium in the slag - modifier by EDTA titrimetry were satisfactory.
