| 摘 要： | 在介绍英国阿其利斯公司运作模式和诺丁汉大学政府采购法律人才培养的基础上,根据我军装备采购工作和装备采购人才培养现状,从加强我军装备采购干部培训、师资队伍建设以及建立我军装备采购咨询和技术服务机构等方面,提出几点启示建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of introducing the operating mode of Achills and law talent training of government procurement in Nottingham University of UK,according to the status of our military equipment acquisition and the talent training,some suggestions are put forward about strengthening the training of equipment acquisition cadres,teachers’ building and establishing the organization for procurement counsel and technology service of our military equipment acquisition. |
